Who makes HelpBuoy, and what this website does with your data: nothing.

Privacy

This website doesn’t set cookies, doesn’t use analytics or trackers and doesn’t load anything from other servers. Fonts and images are served from helpbuoy.com itself. Our web host keeps standard access logs for security, which are deleted automatically.

The HelpBuoy software doesn’t send anything to us. Connections go only to the relay that you, or the person helping you, run. HelpBuoy for Windows asks GitHub whether there is a newer version when it starts.

If you email us, we use your message only to answer it.
